//Sentinel Agency

Ads are easy to buy. Following them up is where dealers lose the money.

We run Google and Meta for manufactured home lots at $499 a month. The part nobody else can offer: every lead those ads produce lands in Cass and gets answered in under 60 seconds, with no extra setup.

//01   The problem

Most dealers are in one of two holes.

Either they are running ads with nothing real behind them, so the leads arrive and rot in a CRM nobody opens after six o'clock. Or they know that and will not spend on ads at all, so the lot only sells to whoever happens to drive past.

Buying more leads does not fix a follow-up problem. It just makes it more expensive.

//02   What we actually do

Google and Meta, built and run for a lot rather than for a SaaS company.

✓Google Search campaigns built around how people actually search for manufactured homes
✓Meta campaigns aimed at your actual delivery radius, not a whole state
✓Creative and copy written for your lot and your models
✓Ongoing management, not set and forget
✓Lead routing straight into Cass and your CRM
✓A monthly read on what spent well and what did not

About ad spend, plainly

Your ad budget goes straight to Google and Meta on your own card. We never touch it and we never mark it up. Most dealers we work with run somewhere between $2,000 and $5,000 a month, but that is your call and it is separate from our $499.

//03   The part that is actually different

An ad lead hits Cass before your competitor's form has even emailed them.

Any agency can run you a Meta campaign. What they cannot do is own the sixty seconds after the click, because they have nothing to hand the lead to.

01

Someone taps your ad at 9:47 PM

They are on the couch. They are also looking at two other lots in the same session, because that is how anyone shops for a $75,000 purchase.

02

The form drops straight into Cass

No zap to configure, no CSV, no "we will sync it nightly." The ad account and the follow-up system are set up by the same people in the same week.

03

She replies in under 60 seconds

She says she is automated, asks what he is after, and keeps going for 30 days if he goes quiet. Your competitor's form is still sitting in an inbox.

04

You get an appointment, not a lead count

The thing we report on is booked visits. A lead number on a dashboard is not the product.

This is the whole argument for buying both from one place. An ads-only agency cannot answer the lead. A follow-up tool cannot go get you more of them.

//04   Pricing

$499 a month, or $699 with Cass.

Bought separately the two run $748. Together they are $699, because they are less work for us to run as one system than as two.

//05   Questions

Reasonable things to ask.

We do, by hand. This is the one part of Sentinel that is deliberately not automated. It is a small shop, so you are dealing with the person doing the work rather than an account manager relaying messages.

Most lots we work with land between $2,000 and $5,000 a month. Below about $1,500 there is not enough data for the platforms to optimise on and you are mostly paying to learn. That spend goes to Google and Meta directly and we never mark it up.

Yes, at $499 a month. We will tell you honestly that it is the weaker half of the offer. Buying leads you do not follow up on is the problem this whole company exists because of.

Any month. You keep your ad accounts, your campaigns and your data. We are not holding your Google account hostage to keep you subscribed.

Ads that feed a follow-up system that actually works.

$499 a month on its own, $699 with Cass. No contract either way.
