This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Cass, our AI-powered lead follow-up service for manufactured home dealerships, offered by Sentinel Marketing.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not seeing Cass book real appointments from your leads within your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund that first month in full. No hoops, no long explanation required.

1. What's Covered

The money-back guarantee applies to your first monthly payment only, covering your first 30 days on Cass. It is intended to remove the risk of trying the service for the first time.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of your initial signup date and let us know you'd like to cancel and be refunded. We'll process the refund to your original payment method and cancel your subscription so you are not billed again.

3. After the First 30 Days

Because Cass is billed month-to-month with no long-term contract, you can cancel at any time to stop future billing. However, monthly fees already charged after your first 30 days are non-refundable, including for partial months if you cancel mid-cycle. Your access to Cass continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

4. Annual Plans

If you're on the annual prepay option ($2,490/year), the same 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment. After the first 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you're welcome to cancel auto-renewal at any time ahead of your renewal date.

5. Cancellation Is Separate From a Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us, this stops future billing but does not, by itself, refund charges already made outside the 30-day guarantee window described above.
