Run Cass for your first 30 days. If you do not believe she paid for herself, tell us within those 30 days and we refund that month in full. You do not need to argue a case or produce evidence. We would rather refund a dealer than have one telling other dealers we were hard to deal with.
Text (350) 220-6108 or email us and say you want the guarantee. That is the whole process. The refund goes back to the original payment method, normally within five business days.
Cancel any month with no penalty. Because billing is monthly in advance, cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current month, and the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Annual billing for Cass is $2,490 a year, which is two months free. The 30-day guarantee applies to annual plans too. After 30 days, annual plans are refunded pro rata for whole unused months.
Our $499 management fee follows the same monthly cancellation rule. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta, so it is never ours to refund. We will help you pause or close campaigns properly.
Money already spent with advertising platforms on your behalf, and any month after the first where the service was delivered as described and no cancellation was requested.
